Smoking outside on Deck. Quiet time after 10 pm. Low flat rubber soled shoes - docks slippery at times.

You may cancel your booking up to 21 days prior to your stay with us. Since we are a small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations affect us significantly. If a cancellation is necessary prior to your arrival, we will make every attempt to rebook your room for you. If, however, your cottage is not rebooked you will be charged for whatever nights you originally booked.
